AUDITIONS FOR 2020

Do you want to bring cartoons to life with music with Zen Pencils? Debut a brand new musical written just for us with Jude Perl, or play epic orchestral music about struggle and loss? Then you may want to join the Victorian Youth Symphony Orchestra, Melbourne's most unconventional orchestra!

The VYSO is now accepting applications for 2020 auditions - all positions in the orchestra are now open. Players who successfully audition perform for all four concerts in the year, as well as additional education events on our calendar. 

This year, we will not be holding live auditions. Instead, we will only be accepting recorded video auditions. Recordings are to be submitted by midnight on Saturday 25th January. Information on how to apply and submit your audition video can be found in the VYSO Audition Pack (linked below).
